PLASTIC MACERATORS IN 12 AND 24 VDC, 115 VAC
Jabsco macerator pumps grind waste into small particles so it easily passes
through the pump’s 1" hose barbed discharge port. The dc models now come with
an exclusive (patent pending) run-dry protection device that makes accidental
run-dry impeller damage a thing of the past. All models are self-priming to 4 feet.
Replacement impeller = 6303-0003. Kit = 18598-1000. See

Oberdorfer’s bronze macerator pumps come in ac and dc voltages for on-board
sewage or fish box pump-out. Their oversized motors provide ample horsepower for
these demanding applications. Service kits: OB 10938 (214M) and OB 10829 (209M).

Shurflo’s macerator pumps are designed specifically for sanitation waste and fish box
evacuations. They feature a premium impeller design, o-ring sealed endbell, unique dual
blade cutter and sealed manual turnkey to free the shaft when bound. Replacement impeller
# SF 94-571-00. Johnson’s macerator pumps are an economical 6 gpm sewage pump for
transfer in and out of holding tanks. These pumps should be connected as close as possible to
the discharge of your holding tank or toilet bowl. Note: Use unbleached lavatory paper only.
Service kit = JS 09-45595, replacement impeller = JS 1052S-9.

Oberdorfer’s 406M is the largest series marine macerator pump available and comes in
single and three phase, 12 and 24 vdc, 50 and 60 Hz, and in custom configurations including
models that meet IEEE-45, MCA, Lloyds, ABS and USCG specifications. The 406MK series
comes equipped with a vacuum switch which shuts down the pump once the holding tank
is empty. The suction port is 1
