These economical, compact, simple yet reliable series of pumps by Pulsafeeder are designed
for commercial and light industrial installations. Typical applications include the dosing of
acids, caustics, polymers, bleaches, solvents, dyes/inks, catalysts, andmanymore. TheOmni
Series is available with manual stroke adjustment or the “MPC” controller that accepts a 4-20
milliamp control signal that allows the pump to be controlled remotely and automatically
from its maximum flow throughout a 1000:1 turndown range. Motors are available in ODP,
TEFC, or XP enclosures, both single phase and three phase input.

UP TO 894 GPH, 2500 PSI DIAPHRAGM PUMP
Wanner Engineering’s Hydracell hydraulically actuated diaphragm metering pumps are
designed to pump a wide range of chemicals and liquids at very precise doses. The multiple
diaphragmdesign reduces pulsations that are common inmost metering pumps in themarket.
They are available in a wide variety of liquid end materials and can be controlled variably
with a VFD (optional). Most commercial electrical inputs are available.

The LK Series from Iwaki is a rugged metering pump built for the most demanding customers
including water treatment, chemical process, agriculture, mining and paper. This continuous
duty pump is adjustable via a stroke adjustment micrometer from 100% of maximum flow
down to 10%. They are available in a variety of materials and accept most commercially
available electric inputs. VFD motors and DC drives can be employed.
