BASE MOUNTED PUMPS
From cottage cheese to transdermal testosterone patch glue, Depco will design, assemble and timely deliver a pump and drive assembly to meet expectations.

A cottage cheese manufacturer required a gentle acting pump to transfer their fragile curds into an automated filling machine. This flexible impeller pump mounted on a stainless base with washdown gear drive filled the bill. It also incorporates a by-pass cover to allow simple "clean-in-place" operation.

This pneumatically driven ultra-hygienic lobe pump assembly mounted on a #7 finish stainless steel pedestal base is equipped with custom elastomers that were required to hold up to the skin penetrating properties of testosterone patch glue.

Here are two examples of custom configured pumps
that incorporate bulkhead mounting.

The lobe pump (on the right) was designed for a filling machine manufacturer and allowed the isolation of the drive and controls from the sanitary "washdown" environment.
