A manufacturer of all natural fragrance free products for massage therapists needed a versatile and portable transfer pump for custom products containing glycerin and oil of varying viscosities. We designed and assembled this unique variable speed sanitary flexible impeller pump that runs on 115vac, has 1" sanitary clamp fittings and washdown duty motor. The maximum output is 14 gallons per minute but by utilizing the variable speed control you can adjust the flow to match the liquids viscosity or the required flow to safely fill (and not overflow) each container. |
