A distributor needed pump units to pump anti-scalant into commercial fire sprinkler systems to keep them working properly. There was one problem; the OEM needed them in days not weeks! This application required two 115vac cart mounted filter units to recycle oil... but not just one type of oil. The customer needed to filter oil from 10W to 90W! The high viscosity of the 90W oil and the pressure drop it requires across a filter greatly limited the available choices. After extensive research we designed, custom assembled and shipped an effective, affordable filtration cart. |

In short order we assembled, tested and shipped all three units mounted on heavy-duty channel steel bases with welded risers, coupling guards and alignment shims. |
