FLEXIBLE IMPELLER MACERATOR IN AC and DC
The Oberdorfer 406M impeller pump series is bronze construction and comes with an integral
macerating chopper blade. The 406M series is available with an optional vacuum switch which
shuts down the pump once the holding tank is empty. These pumps are available in single
and three phase, 50 and 60 Hz, IEEE-45 enclosure, and custom configurations that meet MCA,
Lloyds, ABS and USCG specifications. Below are some examples of the sizes available.

PROGRESSING CAVITY MACERATOR IN AC AND DC
The Robbins and Myers progressing cavity pump utilizes a hardened stainless screw shaped
rotor spinning inside a rubber stator to move liquid and solids by its macerating carbide cutting
tips. These pumps should be mounted with a flooded suction, are constructed of cast iron
and can move 15 gallons per minute. Motor options include single and three phase, 50 and
60 Hz, IEEE-45 enclosure, and custom configurations that meet MCA, Lloyds, ABS and USCG
specifications. Below are some examples of the sizes available.

SELF PRIMING SEWAGE HANDLING PUMPS TO 2750 GPM
This rugged, heavy duty sewage and wastewater pump by the Crown division of Crane Pumps
& Systems is a tried and true performer in the workboat market. Cast iron construction,
ductile iron impellers and single grease lubricated mechanical seals are standard offerings.
Applications include raw and gray water pumping, wastewater and sewage handling, ballast
and barge stripping. ABS certification available.

Gianneschi’s “MV” progressing cavity pumps utilize heavy duty cast bronze housings and
continuous duty electric motors. They provide smooth, quiet and positive flow in a simple,
reliable design that will endure years of harsh service. Voltages include 12 or 24 vdc, 230
vac 50/60 Hz, single or three phase.
