PROGRESS ING CAVITY AND PERI STALTIC
Moyno 3A progressing cavity pumps will handle clean, clear liquids, additives, and
flavorings to viscous and abrasive fluids with accurate, repeatable and non-pulsating flow.
Typical applications include shear-sensitive liquids, filling machines, food dispensing,
dairy products, cart mounted transfer, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and
dyes. They come with 1" sanitary clamp ports, 316SS polished housing, FDA food grade
elastomers and will handle temperatures to 240° F.
UP TO 14.5 GPM, 150 PSI
These progressing cavity pumps meet 3A, USDA, FDA and BISS sanitation requirements. Polish
grades to 240 grit are available to meet your most ultrapure applications. Shear sensitive,
abrasive, viscous and simple clear liquids are easily delivered with a smooth non-pulsating
flow. Close-coupled and pedestal configurations are available in single and three phase, TEFC,
washdown, explosion proof and variable speed. Ports are available in Tri-Clamp, ACME, DIN,
SMS, FJT, IDF and many others. Call us with your requirements!
UP TO 300 GPM, 210 PSI
These progressing cavity pumps have an integrated auger (screw) feeder which “force
feeds” the pump when handling highly viscous products. The “open throat” rectangular
flange inlet eliminates the restriction associated with conventional ported pumps and allows
the product to flow more easily into the auger feeder. The pumps meet 3A, USDA and FDA
sanitary requirements. Typical product handled would be ground meats, dough and other
similar, semi solid materials.
